Product Name ?Enter the product name exactly as it appears on the vendor invoice. The marketing team will update the ECOM name later if needed.

Vendor/Manu SKU ?The manufacturer's own part number or model code. Found on the vendor invoice or product spec sheet.

Category ?Coffee: beans, pods, brew packs, powders, creamers, sugars, tea
Break Room: snacks, candy, cups, lids, oatmeal, water bottles
Zer0 Waste Pantry: compostable cups, napkins, trail mix, pantry items
Eco-Custodial: soap, cleaners, trash bags, waste bins

Product Description ?A short paragraph describing what this product is and who it's for. Empire will use this to write the Shopify listing copy.

Ingredients (food/beverage only) ?Required for food and beverage products. Copy directly from the product packaging. Skip this for equipment and supplies.

Pricing & Unit

Sell Price (what we charge) ?Optional. Leave blank if you are sourcing and do not set retail pricing. Marketing and RJ set the final sell price before the product goes live.

Case Cost (what we pay vendor) ?Our wholesale cost from the vendor invoice. This is internal only and never shown to customers.

Weight (lbs) ?Optional. Shipping weight of one unit in pounds, used for shipping rate calculations. Fill it in if the vendor spec sheet lists it, otherwise leave blank.

Hydr8 SKU ?Optional. Auto-suggested based on category. Leave the suggestion as-is, or clear it and marketing will assign the SKU. If you do enter one it must be unique.

Taxable? ?Optional. Leave blank if you are not sure. Accounting assigns the final tax category in Shopify before the product goes live, and that category is what actually drives the tax rate.

Availability ?Current stock status. "Not Pre-Stocked" means we order it from the vendor only when a customer places an order.

Upload Image ?Optional. A clean product photo on a white or plain background. Large images are auto-compressed. No screenshots, blurry photos, or watermarked vendor images.
